| 1 | c | Milk |
| 1 | | Egg;beaten; |
| 1 | lb | Ground beef |
| 1/4 | lb | Ground pork |
| 1/4 | lb | Ground turkey |
| 1/4 | c | Onion;minced |
| 1 1/4 | ts | Salt |
| 1/4 | ts | Pepper |
| 1/4 | ts | Dry mustard |
| 1/4 | ts | Sage |
| 1/4 | ts | Celery salt |
| 1/4 | ts | Garlic salt |
| 1 | tb | Worcestershire |
Heat oven to 350 F. Crumb bread and mix with remaining ingredients, the
more thoroughly the better. For lightly into a loaf and place in shallow
baking pan. If desired, spread top with 3 tbl catsup or chili sauce. Bake
for 1 1/2 hours.
